The A-la-carte, Weekly Buffet and Bar Menu for a Fine Dine Asian restaurant. Each of the menus needed to fit the Pan-Asian theme, while being texturally and visually appealing to the discerning customer.
The A-la-carte menu was designed with a lovely tapestry cover of oriental flowers, with illustrated folk stories on some of the signature preparations setting the tone for a culinary delight. The buffet menus were similarly designed to evoke oriental imagery and the Bar Menu drew upon the Garuda motif to connect the diverse Asian cuisines and innovative drinks being served.
