Standy, 5 x 3 Feet
How to communicate language and diversity? This was the challenge that Bhasha posed to us in designing welcome standees for their convention on Indian languages. Our answer was to go back to the basics – the natural elements, represented as the sun, mountains, clouds, fish, birds and of course time, expressed in the scripts of major Indian languages.
The confluence bye-line, ‘When we loose a language, we loose an entire world-view, a unique sense of time, space, land, myth, memory and music’ fitting in with our choice of words to represent world-views and the event kits, stationary, invites and publication were adapted from this interpretation.
